Meet Our Therapist

Victoria Mireles, M.MFT LMFT

Experience/Education:

I completed my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy with a trauma focus at Abilene Christian University. I specialize in working with adults aged 18 and above, utilizing a combination of Narrative and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) models. This approach helps us explore the narratives we construct, their influence on our lives, and how to effect positive change. By diving into our experiences from the past, we can develop effective coping strategies for the present. I focus on addressing generational trauma, family dynamics, couples, anxiety, and depression, and supporting maternal mental health.

My Approach:

In my role as a therapist, I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples by providing a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages curiosity and nurtures trust. My primary goal is to help you establish a sense of security and confidence in the life choices you make. Straying from negative family patterns, confronting traumatic histories, and changing coping strategies can be a long and isolating process. That's where I come in. I'm here to support you on the hard journey of healing your mental health and empowering you on your wellness journey. I work well with clients by offering a calm, empathetic, and direct approach to help you process and accept your reality. Once we learn acceptance, we can move forward to the next chapter of your life.
